Creamy tomato and bacon pasta bake.

What you'll need: (for two people roughly)

Tin of small chopped tomatoes
Mascarpone (you need one huge dollop, look at the pictures to see roughly how much you need! I don't exactly measure lol)
Pasta (as much as YOU think you should do for two people! :p)
5 pieces of smoked streaky bacon
Oregano (as much as you wanna put!)
Salt & White pepper to season.
SLICED CHEEEESE! (Cheddar, Red Leicester up to you, I like mature cheddar. Nom)

What you need to do!

1. Put pasta on to boil.
2. Put the bacon on to cook!
3. Whilst that's boiling, put the tomatoes in a pan and bring to the boil, simmer for about 10 minutes till they've reduced a little stirring every now and then. Turn the heat right down.
4. Add the oregano, mascarpone, salt and white pepper, stir in well until mascarpone has fully melted.
5. Remove from heat, by now your pasta and bacon should be done! Add them both to the sauce.
6. Plop it all into a dish and top with SLICED cheese. I promise you, sliced is SO much better than grated.
7. Grill for about 10 to 15 minutes, I dunno, everyone's oven is different :p take it out when it's all crispy and golden!
8. Destroy the hell out of it, maybe with garlic bread. I love garlic bread with mine!
